CatEye BM45 Bar End Mirror is a compact mirror to replace the right bar end on drop bar or flat bar handlebars. Minimal design, with a 4.5cm mirror, it provides a good view of what is behind without being bulky.
The bar end slides into the bars with internal diameters of 16-25mm. A couple of twists with the 3mm allen key (provided) and the bar end is secured.

Easy to fit, tiny, but gives good indication that there's something behind.
I find it most useful on group rides to check the losers, er I mean following riders, are keeping up.
(Of course you should still do a shoulder check to confirm there's nothing in the blind spot!)
