I bought this clip to attach a Cateye light to my helmet - it fitted in seconds and holds the light securely in place. The clip was a reasonable price and I would recommend this clip for helmet use.

I've not actually used this
I've not actually used this with the light attached yet, but it looks the part and is connected securely to my helmet for when I decide to use it. It will probably come in more useful when using my mountain bike rather than on my commute to work which is what I'm mainly doing at the mo.
