The auto start feature is

The auto start feature is useful and the light is reasonably bright. It would be useful if the description made it clear that this bike light comes with a rack mounting adapter, as I bought an adapter separately which is now spare. It uses AAA batteries, unlike its cousin, the Reflex Rack which uses AA and has a longer life. It is easy to confuse the two lights, as another well known online retailer did for me! The Reflex Rack has no auto function and only one lighting mode (no flash)
